Fitinity: Google UX Case Study #3

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for residents in Weld County. Although there are existing wellness initiatives such as HEAL and Outdoor RX, many adults don’t know where to start or how to take action to improve their health.

Current online resources are fragmented, outdated, or lack clear, personalized steps. Residents need an easier way to access up-to-date, local guidance for preventing heart disease and improving overall wellness.
