Voice Assistant Experience

I own AirPods which are voice activated to Siri. Using a voice assistant for a day, I’ve found some things that worked well and some things that didn’t work out too well. I used my AirPods to listen to music, but when it came time to change a song, I was able to tell Siri to skip my song or go to a certain artist. I found that skipping a song was a bit clunky, because when I want to change a song, I want to change it now and Siri was a bit slow to respond. I thought it was really cool that Siri was able to go to an artist of my choice, because it can take time to locate that artist on Spotify, the app I was using. I did not like that Siri read my text messages to me while I was listening to music, because it interrupted my music and I did not ask her to read my messages. Although that may be something I need to change in the AirPods’ settings. Overall, I would rather not use Siri while using my AirPods, because I don’t want to speak in public. I’m sure I would use Siri in private, but I cannot while walking my dog or in class.
